Community Code of Conduct
Welcome to our community! Our Slack workspace is dedicated to fostering a collaborative, supportive, and respectful environment for everyone involved in bringing the Hangry Animals® project to life. To ensure a positive and productive experience for all members, we've established the following guidelines:
1. Respect and Inclusivity
Every member of this community deserves respect. Discrimination, harassment, or any behavior that undermines the dignity of others, including but not limited to comments related to age, disability, ethnic origin, gender identity, nationality, race, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic, is strictly prohibited.
2. Constructive Communication
We encourage open, constructive dialogue. Share insights, offer feedback, and engage in discussions that contribute positively to our collective goals and community well-being. Criticism should be offered thoughtfully, in the spirit of improvement with the intent of mutual growth and respect.
3. Privacy, Confidentiality, and Intellectual Property
Maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of our members and their work is paramount. Any Hangry Animals® -related content shared within this group, including snapshots, drafts, or discussions, is intended solely for internal feedback and collaboration.
This material must not be shared or distributed outside of this Slack group without explicit permission from the founder and/or project manager. This includes posting on social media or any public forum. Respect copyright laws and intellectual property rights at all times. Share and use content responsibly within the group. When in doubt, err on the side of caution and ask for permission.
4. Integrity and Honesty
Be authentic and truthful in your communications. Misrepresentation not only affects your credibility but also the trust and integrity of our community. We value authenticity and honesty in all our interactions.
5. No Spam or Self-Promotion
Our community thrives on genuine connections and contributions. Avoid spamming channels with off-topic messages, unsolicited promotions, or self-promoting your services or products. If you have something to share that might benefit the community, please do so thoughtfully and sparingly.
6. Reporting Concerns
Should you encounter behaviour that violates this Code of Conduct or any unauthorised sharing of Hangry Animals® -related work, please report it to the community managers immediately. We are committed to addressing concerns swiftly and maintaining a safe, respectful space for everyone.
By participating in the Hangry Animals® Slack Community, you agree to abide by these guidelines. Violations, especially regarding the privacy and unauthorised distribution of project work, or other actions as deemed appropriate by the community managers may result in removal from the community or further actions as necessary.
